About Jei (Jay) Siregar

Jei (Jay) Siregar is a key member of Azrite’s Business Advisory pillar with over 25 years of experience across various industries.

Jay served as the exclusive distributor for Bose & Loewe systems (Singapore/Malaysia/Brunei) with ATLAS Sound & Vision (formerly Atlas Sound) in 1997 before rising through the ranks to Assistant Showroom Manager in 1999, Showroom Manager in 2002, and eventually Head Of Retail in 2008.

As the Head of Retail, he was responsible for entire retail operations (4 showrooms, 3 managers, 16 sales advocates), branding and representation of Bose, Loewe and Accuphase, hiring and training of all new sales advocates, implementing, monitoring and refining of remuneration system, and achieved a 20% year on year growth throughout his tenure up until the year 2011. 

In 2013, he grew into the role of Head of Retail & Director of Customer Experience, where he was also responsible for curating bespoke customer experience for both retail showrooms and service centres, establishing a customer experience curriculum that resonated with the company’s image and the handling of all difficult customer situations thus freeing the staff to do what they do best.

Since 2018, Jay has been a Senior Financial Consultant for Great Eastern Life. In 2019 he had the privilege of being a Million Dollar Round Table Member, GELAC achiever, Rookie of the Year, Centurion Club and Prestige Partners member.

2020 and 2021 saw him enlisted as a Court Of Table member, GELAC Achiever, International Dragon Award member, Centurion Club (double qualifier), and Prestige Partners member.
