Director’s Resignation

This template resolution is suitable where a director intends to resign. Generally, the director has to submit a resignation letter, and the board passes a resolution accepting the resignation, before lodging the notice with the Accounting and Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) through Bizfile with the help of a company secretary.

In addition, please ensure that the procedures of the director’s resignation is in line with the company’s constitution and the company must have at least 1 remaining director who is residing in Singapore.
