Director’s Appointment

This template resolution is suitable where the company intends to appoint a director. Generally, the director has to submit a Form 45 for the consent to act as a director, and the board passes a resolution accepting the director’s appointment, before lodging the notice with the Accounting and Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) through Bizfile with the help of a company secretary.
