Change of Company’s Financial Year End

Contents: Change of company’s financial year end 

This template resolution is suitable where the company changes it’s financial or accounting year end, before lodging the notice with the Accounting and Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) through Bizfile with the help of a company secretary. As part of the change procedure, the board will need to pass a resolution to change the financial or accounting year end.

In addition, please note that changing of financial or accounting year end may have tax impacts. Please seek tax advise from a tax accountant or tax agent if required.
